Return and Exchange Policy

Returns

We hope you love your purchase from Karaya Co., but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help! You may return eligible items within 7 days of the tracked delivery date.

Return Requirements:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached

Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear

You must contact us within the return window to initiate the process

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Beauty products

Bodysuits

Face masks

Intimates/Lingerie

Jewelry

Swimwear

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange:

1. Email us at Inquiries@karayaco.com with your order number to initiate the return or exchange
2. We'll provide return instructions 
3. Package your item securely and ship to the address provided
4. For exchanges, once the original item has been received in unworn condition, we will send your replacement item if available, or provide a refund .

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement (if available) at no cost to you.
